When will my order be processed?
Our orders are processed on Tuesdays from 9 am to 3 pm Eastern. You can reach us during those hours if you need to speak to us. Voice mail is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at 989-453-2311. Or you can email us at email@example.com.
How will my order be shipped?
We use Priority Mail (USPS) for most orders. Be sure to include a street address and daytime phone number. Let us know if your address is NOT a residential address, please.
We are sorry, but we are currently only shipping orders to the U.S.

We are a small company and try to customize our shipping and handling procedures when necessary. We reserve the right to choose packaging and a carrier that gets your order to you in excellent condition with tracking capability and email confirmation.
Please understand that we ONLY ship on Tuesday, so if, for example, you order on a Thursday, we will not process your order until the following week. We sometimes have to special order yarn for you and will let you know about any delay in getting your yarn to you.
We know that knitting takes time and that knitters are patient people. We are striving to bring you quality yarn and supplies that you will enjoy working with. Even though we think that good yarn is well worth the wait, we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner.
